STEP 2
Determining: the size of the cake (number of servings), taste (suggestions on the website or your own flavor composition, plus 15%), type of form and type of decoration (you can send your own designs), price.
STEP 3
Advance payment (to account or in person in cash) of 50%. It is a confirmation that the order has been accepted for processing.
STEP 4
Picking up your cake or waiting for delivery
Confectionery - baking prototypes (e.g. artistically decorated cookies) are counted as separate orders, 100% payable in advance.
***ATTENTION***
Our studio reserves the right to an individual approach to the cake design. The person ordering must indicate exactly what design and shape it is. Our products are an expression of an artistic form aimed at meeting the needs of the customer.
If the ordering person does not indicate exactly what he or she imagines the ordered product to be (photo, drawing, graphic example), any complaints will not be accepted.
